The following are the health benefits that we get from every cup of green tea:

1. Allergies
Allergic reactions can be eased by drinking green tea which contains compounds known as EGCG which can control allergic reactions.

2. Diabetes
Consumption of green tea is ideal for the fight against diabetes. It achieves this by retarding the rate at which blood sugar rises and also by aiding in the regulation of glucose levels.

3. Heart disease

Green tea is good for the heart. It prevents heart attacks by aiding in relaxation of blood vessels. It also aids in prevention of blood clots from forming.
